Core values GAKUMKRI diinspirasi dari kata KASIH yang merupakan tema sentral dari Alkitab. Fakta ini didasarkan pada Kebenaran bahwa Allah adalah kasih (1 Yohanes 4:8 dan 4:16). Allah mengasihi umat-Nya dengan kasih yang abadi (Yeremia 31:3), Allah menghidupkan kita bersama-sama dengan Kristus karena kasih-Nya yang besar (Efesus 2:4-5), Kasih menutupi banyak sekali dosa (1 Petrus 4:8), dan Kasih adalah pengikat yang mempersatukan dan menyempurnakan (Kolose 3:14).
